Refund Policy 

Policies & Guidelines

All sales are final but may be eligible for store credit or alterations. 

• Made-to-Order Items
  All orders are made to order and are non-refundable. Made-to-order items may be altered if needed but cannot be returned.

• Custom Design Items
  Custom design items must be returned in their original condition within 2 days of receiving the order to be eligible for alterations or store/design credit. Items returned after this period will only be eligible for store/design credit.

• Collection Items
  Collection items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit. 

• Store credit - credit may only be applied to items similar to original purchase items
