Customs Designs
For all customs orders please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your design to be completed and sent out. All orders are processed in the order they are placed, this includes collection items available on site. if you are in need of a rush order (anything less than three weeks) there is a 15% rush order fee added to the total cost of custom design.
All custom orders include a facetime consultation for fitting or a scheduled fitting if you're local. Sketches will be sent to be approved, then fabric sourcing will begin. I have open lines of communication with my clients so they do not feel left in the dark. once the design is complete photos are sent over and any revisions that need to be made are made.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks for order to be processed and shipped. If a faster shipping is required please contact us via email at hello.avedon@gmail.com. A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order is on the way. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final however if you are not satisfied with your order you may be entitled to exchange or store credit depending on the piece. The product must have never been worn and is still in the same condition as when received. For custom designs sales are final, and sketch consultations are non refundable.
